DCL Hearing have a vast range of different product types and materials available, please note that not all of these products and materials are not included on the website, therefore if there is anything you would like to be made but cant find online, please don’t hesitate to ask for it still! Hard / Soft Acrylic
DCL Hearing are able to supply a vast range of different hard and soft acrylic mould types. We are able to supply all hard and soft mould types transparent, or with any of our range of glitters or colours (please refer to our colour and materials chart at the bottom of this page). We supply a vast range of different mould types in hard and soft materials, with the most common types being meatal tips, full and half shells, skeleton moulds and open moulds. We can however cater for almost any needs so please don’t hesitate to ask us about anything, in the past we have made speciality moulds for uses such as completely carved out meatal portions to hold open collapsed ear canals, and moulds to attach on to the end of a stethoscope to enable it to be more secure in the ear, and block out unwanted noise, we will always be willing to help and would love to work with you to try and resolve any problems you may have, so get in touch!
Silicone
We are able to supply any of our standard hard and soft acrylic mould types in silicones, anything from a clear solid silicone mould with a butterfly clip, to a multi-coloured meatal tip with a life tube is possible.
All of our silicone moulds are available in a standard or non allergic material, and with a matte or lacquered finish. We have a range of different softness throughout our silicone product line, from our softest 25shore material, through to our least flexible 70shore, with different materials in between at shores of 30, 40 and 60.
We have a vast range of different materials through the product line, with the option of floating and non-floating available, and all of our colours and glitters are available in silicone.

Our combination of materials and production techniques, with all of our moulds being manufactured by hand from experienced technicians, combines to bring you comfort, durability, aesthetics and of course an unbeatable functionability.
We provide anything from deep fill swim plugs to protect your ears from water, to shooting and activity noise defenders and custom fit I-Pod moulds for un-rivalled comfort and experience when exercising. Paediatric Moulds
We are the supplier of choice for many different paediatric departments around the country. We are very proud to be able to compete with all of the largest companies around the UK, and bring our outstanding quality and comfort to many in need.
DCL Hearing are one of not many companies who can offer a free 24 hour turnaround service on all paediatric services at a cost of absolutely nothing. We believe that no child should have to wait for their earmoulds and make it a top priority to turn around paediatric moulds within a 24 hour period to arriving with us. We also offer an incredible 12 hour turnaround service for childrens moulds, this does come at an extra surcharge, but is an unrivalled service that we are proud offer to all of our paediatric departments.
All of our paediatric moulds are available in the standard clear, or in any of our colours, glitters, or inserts of logos (please refer to the chart below for what materials allow what colour, glitter and logo products).
Colour Chart
Here you can find all of the colours and glitters that are available in our moulds. Please note these are just all of the standard ready mixed colours, and we are able to colour match to almost any colour by mixing multiple colours together, so don’t hesitate to ask for anything you want! Please also note however, mixing colours together and certain solid colours, are only available in certain mould types. Please refer to the description below for what is available where. Colours online may also differ very slightly in the real mould due to different materials providing different finishes and looks.
Non Floatable
Available in all Silicone Materials and shores, Thermocure soft material and all hard materials.
Non-Floatable colours from left to right go as follows: Red, Pink, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Beige, White, Black, Green, Orange, Dark Brown.
Floatable
Available in light shores only, 25sh-40sh. Floatable colours from left to right, top to bottom go as follows: White, Black, Red, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Skin Beige, Purple, Green, Yellow, Orange, Fluorescent Pink, Fluorescent Blue.
We can do marble effect in any of our silicone colours, with anything up to 5 different colours. Soft Thermocure materials can have a marble effect with two colours. Marble effect is not available in hard materials.
Glitter Chart
Glitters are available in Thermocure and Ultra Violet hard materials, Thermocure Soft material, and low shore silicones 25sh – 40sh. Any number of different glitters can be mixed and added to any of our materials.

Penny Copper, Red, Fuchsia, Purple, Black, Dark Gold, Ocean Blue, Chocolate, Silver, Heather, Midnight Blue, Emerald, Pink, Multicolour, Flaming Red, Aqua, Lime, Peacock, Light Gold, Mother Of Pearl.
